Processing of your personal data to the extent mentioned above (Article 6 paragraph 1 point (f) of the GDPR) will be carried out for the purpose of correspondence.

Your data will be retained till the correspondence has been completed or for the period of time required by law.

Purpose and basis of processing
In accordance with the provisions of the Act of 23 April 1964 – the Civil Code and the provisions of the tax law, in connection with Article 6(1)(b), (c) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter: GDPR);
personal data is processed for the purposes of:
✓ implementation and settlement of the contract,
✓ sales, implementation of the complaints process,
✓ the establishment, assertion and defence of mutual claims.
The data of the persons indicated for contact and representing and Contractor/Mandatary shall be processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR (fulfilment of the Controller’s legitimate interest), in order to ensure that the Controller and his employees can be contacted in order to perform the contract. Persons representing the Contractor, whose data is processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, have the right to object.
Recipients of personal data
Recipients of your data may be:
✓ entities authorised to obtain personal data under the law,
✓ entities cooperating with and providing services to the Controller (including: software providers, DPO support, entities providing legal services, archiving and disposal of data media, hosting, etc.).
Data retention period
The data shall be stored for the duration of the contract and the period for the retention of accounting documents indicated in the regulations and subject to this period if the data was processed for the purpose of vindicating a claim (e.g. in debt recovery proceedings) - for the period of the statute of limitations for claims under the Civil Code.
Rights of data subjects
You have:
✓ the right to access your data and to receive a copy of it;
✓ the right to rectify (amend) your personal data;
✓ the right to restrict the processing of personal data;
✓ the right to lodge a complaint with the President of UODO (to the address of the Personal Data Protection Office, 2 Stawki Street, 00 - 193 Warsaw).
Information on data requirements
Your provision of personal data is necessary for the conclusion and execution of the contract/order.
No decisions are made by automated means, i.e. on the basis of automated data analysis.
Data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area, however, this transfer shall take place to countries providing an adequate level of protection or as required by the provisions of the GDPR.

REMARKETING
We use remarketing in our online advertisements to reach persons who have visited our website: www.maem.com at least once and have not taken a specific action, e.g. have not signed up to the newsletter. We do it to increase the website traffic, encourage the user to sign up to MAEM newsletter, remind the user of the existence of MAEM website and offer. Third-party providers, including Google, use cookies to show advertisements based on the user's previous website visits.
Cookies used for advertising enable Google and its partners to show specific advertisements to users based on their visits to our website.
